Chris Page's deep-rooted love for cars and the Mt. Hood area is evident in the path he's walked. After attending Maupin and Welches Elementary schools and graduating from Sandy Union High School, he pursued his passion at UTI in Arizona, earning his associate's degree in automotive and diesel repair. His dedication to the field led him to spend nearly 17 years honing his skills at various auto and tire shops. These experiences culminated in the establishment of Pages' Auto and Tire in 2005.

Throughout his life, Chris has also nurtured his passion for music. Visitors to the shop are often greeted by music from one of the records in Chris' extensive album collection. His assortment of 1960s- 80s rock and roll vinyl covers the walls in the main office, and music continues to be a big part of the mechanic's life.

Jim and Teresa Page, Chris's loving and devoted parents, have been an integral part of his journey. Jim, a teacher in Sandy, Oregon, and the scoutmaster for the Boy Scout troop where Chris earned his Eagle Scout award, instilled in him the values of hard work, service, and dedication. Teresa, the secretary at Welches while Chris was in school, provided a nurturing environment for his academic growth. These personal connections have shaped Chris into the person he is today.

In 1989, Chris married his high school sweetheart, Lisa. Together, they raised two children, James and Jennifer. Both kids love to help Chris in the shop.

Lisa, who has lived on the mountain since she was 3, considers Mt. Hood and the surrounding area her home. She has been a private music teacher for 20 years, teaching vocals, flute, and the piano.

In what little spare time he has, Chris enjoys restoring antique cars. He recently finished his 1953 Ford F-350 and is working on his 1969 Dodge Charger and his father's 1966 Ford Fairlane. Chris also finds time to hit the racing circuit. He raced figure eight at Portland Speedway, he races in St. Helens, and he's competed in dirt track races at the Sunset Speedway in Banks and tracks in Madras.

Page's Mt. Hood Auto and Tire is truly a combination of everything Chris Page holds dear: his love of cars, music, and service. Come by today to experience that magic that has made his life extraordinary.
